About Us

Travelin Timbers is a one man workshop and the home base for OSO TopO, on our journey to be nestled in the mountains of the west to offer services tailored to the outdoor + hunting community. Alan Berg, a self-taught artist fueled by his love for the untamed wilderness and experiences in the backcountry, he dedicates himself to handcrafting unique, one-of-a-kind art pieces and jewelry using a diverse range of materials and techniques. His expertise encompasses traditional old-style silversmithing, bone cleaning taxidermy, sculpture, wood burning, and graphic design. Through his work, he seamlessly weaves together his passions for  adventure ,travel,hunting ,photography, and film into a cohesive body of artistic expression. 

When not working on these endeavors, he enjoys time with his family and daughter who is also an incredible artist ,teaching her the traditions and the skills acquired along the path  of embracing the great outdoors.
